Login to your Facebook Business Manager
Click On Accounts
> WhatsApp Accounts
> Settings
> Below WhatsApp Manager
Inside WhatsApp Manager
> Account Tools
> Phone Number
> Settings
> Profile
> Apply for the Official Business Account
