The Address Validation feature helps ensure that all orders are delivered to the correct address.
It’s especially useful for customers who might have entered temporary locations such as hotels, hostels, PGs, or offices.
When to Use
You can enable this feature for all customers or only for those with potentially temporary addresses.
How It Works
Message Trigger
After the customer places an order, an automated message is sent to them to verify their delivery address.

Customer Confirms Address
If the customer confirms that the provided address is correct, no further action is needed, the order proceeds as usual.
Customer Updates Address
If the customer wants to change the address, they’ll be redirected to a secure link where they can update it easily.


Automatic Sync
Once the address is updated, the system automatically syncs the new details with Shopify and the courier partners to ensure smooth and accurate delivery.
Tip:
Using address validation helps reduce RTOs (Return to Origin) caused by incorrect or temporary addresses, ensuring faster deliveries and a better customer experience.
