Orders Page
In this tutorial, we will cover various functionalities of the order management dashboard. Here you can review items and prices, track shipments, and view customer notifications. Accept, notify, or cancel orders as needed, with corresponding Shopify and customer updates. Check flagged orders, access tickets, and view tags and many more.

1. Access the Orders Page by navigating to the left panel

2. All filters are accessible at the top of the page

3. Filter the orders list based on All, Flagged, COD, or Prepaid orders
You can filter the orders list based on All orders, flagged by Pragma orders, COD or Prepaid orders.

4. Click here to filter orders based on Order name, Order no., Phone no., Email ID or AWB no.
Click here to apply filters and search for specific orders by their name, number, phone number, email, or AWB number.

6. Click here to check more filters
You can filter orders based on the specific actions you've taken, such as marking them as accepted or fulfilled and Unfulfilled orders. You can also check RTO orders using this filter.

7. To download report click here
To download the report, simply click in the download button after applying the filters. Note: The report will be sent to your email. Please make sure you have added your email under "Settings > General > Manage Reporting > Daily Orders Reports"

8. To view details of individual orders, simply click on the order
To view details of individual orders, simply click on the order. Additionally, please note that orders flagged by Pragma will have a red flag icon attached to them, as you can see in the screen.

9. You can see the Order ID and the type of order here
You can see the Order ID and the order type, whether it's a C O D order or a Prepaid Order displayed here. Also it includes the date & time when the Order was received.

10. Check this section of the page for customer's details
In this section of the page, you'll find all the relevant information about the customer associated with the order, including their name, contact details, and shipping address.

11. This section shows the customer's history across other brands
This section displays the customer's history across other brands, providing insights into their past transactions. Total orders indicate the number of orders the customer has placed across all other brands. Orders without end states refer to orders that are in transit, while orders with end states include orders that have either been delivered to the customer or returned to origin or cancelled

12. The customer's location is also displayed for reference

14. Check here for shipping details
To access shipping details, simply navigate to this section. You'll find the tracking link from the shipping partner readily available

15. To review notifications sent to your customer, visit this section
To review notifications sent to your customer regarding their order and its status, simply visit this section of the page.

16. Clicking 'Accept' indicates internal acknowledgment and processing of the order without affecting Shopify
These buttons serve distinct purposes, explained in following three steps. Clicking 'Accept' indicates internal acknowledgment among the brand and processing of the order without affecting Shopify.

17. 'Accept & Send message' button signifies acceptance of the order along with triggering a notification to the customer informing them that the brand has accepted their order.

18. 'Cancel' cancels the order. Note: Cancellation here reflects on Shopify and notifies the customer.
Choosing 'Cancel' cancels the order not only within Pragma but also reflects on Shopify, ensuring that the customer is promptly notified of the cancellation.

19. To verify if the customer confirmed the order, simply refer to this section.

21. You can access any ticket related to this order by clicking on the ticket number displayed in the dashboard

22. All the tags added to the order is shown here
This section displays all the tags added to the order. You can also add a tag here. It will also get updated on Shopify.

23. Clicking here will automatically redirect you to the order on your Shopify store
